bathtub re surface

We have a old enamel bath that was resurfaced over 20 years ago and it is starting to peel, and would like to know if there is an option to resurface again. It is a rental property so you would need to co ordinate with the real estate agent and tenants, the property has only one bathroom it is a lowset house with easy side access. As far as timing, we would give the go ahead straight away if this is possible
