Demolish present situation and ready for tiling, wallpapering and walk in shower. It's a small bathroom (2.3m x 2.5m) where I wish to take out the bath, shower and vanity before tiling the floor and shower area, installing a new basin, taps and shower. Not much structural to happen, but coordination with the plumber and tiler.
