Re-tiling / 1992 Code

Hi there, I would like to get a quote for the re-tiling of my bathroom. I am selling my property and have been told I will need to re-tile the “wet area” to comply with the building regulations at the time of my consent under the 1991 act. I understand this incorporates a waterproof “membrane” although I cannot find anywhere in the building code 1992 that mentions this.... I am sure you are aware of the building code though…. I understand the area around the shower head over the bath and possibly some floor needs this membrane. I have attached the floorpan. The floor is particle board and was sealed with marine waterproof epoxy resin and floor tiles fixed with waterproof adhesive. I have photos of this but not the wall tiles. Perhaps this is sufficient for the floor? Both wall and floor tiles are porcelain and ideally where required they would be removed and replaced to incorporate a membrane so that I would have a statement from you that the bathroom tiling is up to code for the council. Basically all I need is a statement that it is up to code (1992 Building Code / 1991 Building Act) so I only need work done where and if necessary. The bath measures 850x1800mm and I think tiling goes 1500mm high. So tiles around the bath around Please quote best case and worst and we can take it from there. Looking forward to hearing form you.
