Open plan living

We have brought our first home built in 1910 it is in much need of some modernising. We need a load bearing wall removed which measures approximately 4metres, with a beam put in the ceiling and what I believe is a partition wall removed measuring approximately 3metres to create an open plan living area. Both walls have studs exposed (as per photo). I also need two large windows removed from my living room replaced with two larger ones. Two smaller windows need to be removed from the dining room and kitchen and replaced with the windows that get removed from the living room, the smaller windows removed from the dining room and kitchen will need to be put into two other bedrooms.
