Job description
Require current bath vanity and toilet replaced - will supply own units. laminate wall protection requires replacement and flooring will need rectifying due to water damage. Vinyl flooring required too and optional as to whether this part of same job.

The complexity of my job was likely too much for this chap. I had some issues with getting in contact with him during the course of the job and timelines were consequently extended. That being said when I raised a complaint re standard of finish it was readily rectified. Would use Ground Up again for small renovation jobs.

"Wendy has been understandably frustrated as I have been working remotely and uncontactable for several days. I have since met with her and discussed her concerns, I accept that parts of the job were left unfinished and have every intention of finishing them. I accept also that several aspects of the job were not completed to the expected standard and will be working at my cost to remedy this in the coming weeks. Again, I can but apologise and hope we can continue working together until this is resolved.
