Bathroom renovation

Bathroom/ensuite renovation. Would love wet floor bathroom and channel drain but might be infeasible. The room is approximately --- (WxLxD) and has shower, toilet, and small hand basin, job includes: Rip out current gib type wall lining and shower lining, and old ceiling Check and repair (as necessary) framing Put in whatever needed plumbing /electrical wise (to be discussed) Put in new wet area type lining and shower lining, new ceiling Plaster ready for painting There is a second shower in another bathroom which will need a new mixer and lining as well but this is later job
