Upstairs bathroom refresh

Our upstairs bathroom is old and shabby. It needs to be pulled out and replaced. We would like the plastic panels replaced with gib. We would like the ceiling panels replacing with gib and lighting fitted. We would like the old corner shower unit replacing with a new one. We would like the flooring replaced with tiles. We would like a vanity fitting in the existing location and an extractor fan fitting. We are looking to buy all the hardware needed and would like you to quote for the labour + disposal + consumables. We would like the work completing before the end of Feb 2023. The downstairs bathroom also needs doing and can be considered along side this job as a package or quoted separately. We welcome your quotes! Thanks in advance for considering this job
