Downstairs bathroom refresh

Our downstairs bathroom is very dated and shabby. It needs pulling out and refitting with some new hardware. We would like the plastic panels taking off the wall and to be gibbed. We would like the bath removing and a shower tray with glass wall fitting. The ceiling will need to be gibbed and spots fitting. We would also like an extractor fan fitting. We would like a vanity fitting with a sink in the existing space. The floor will likely be tiles. We are planning on buying all the items needed and would like you to quote to do the refurbishment and fitting of the new items plus consumables. Ideally we would like the work completing in the first 2 months of 2023. We have an upstairs bathroom which would would also like completing and this can be bundled in to the job or completed separately
