Repair shower leak in bathroom
Job description
On our most recent inspection of our rental home we have found a leak in the corner of the bathroom, where the shower has obviously started leaking and pooling water. Would like to get onto this sooner rather than later to avoid further rotting (hard to know how far this has already extended). Have attached photographs of the area. We are looking at selling later in the year, would ideally like it if this could be done in the next month or so. Thanks very much!
