Require urgent quote for repairs on Woolleys Bay bach. 2 storey 4 bed hardie weatherboard cladded dwelling. Actual work not urgent so can work around availability. - hardie weatherboard cladding jointers have moved and require replacing in parts around dwelling - all plywood wall cladding showing signs of decay and is un protected e.g. no paint system applied - some signs of water entry around window on upper level - flash around openings, corner soakers on existing hardies require replacement in parts where rusting - sloping head flashings to windows do not have stopends and possible water ingress - roof downpipe fixing 1.2m all brackets in place but require downpipe bracket blocks to basement area re fixings on left side of garage door - any other items discovered during inspection
