there is a leak in the wall. Water damage has spread to the floor in the bedroom next door to Bathroom. So looking to reconfigure/ upgrade the Bathroom and move the window as well.

The contractor was unreliable. It has been 6 weeks and the job is still unfinished. The contractor has only completed 1 full day since starting the project. He does not follow through with what he say's he will do. He is temperamental. I'll never get him back again. Will get someone else to complete the job.
