Bathroom reno: Knocking wall between bathroom/toilet - installing separate shower and toilet, replacing bathtub and vanity, reframing windows & installing 2nd toilet in existing hot water cylinder cupboard located in laundry. Closing off existing door in laundry and re-framing new laundry entrance door in hallway. Relocate new hot water cylinder to garage/outdoors. Job to start ASAP. Kitchen reno: Gutting kitchen, new layout (yet to be designed), installing new cabinetry/appliances/sink, closing off existing kitchen door entrance. Knocking wall between kitchen/lounge and making lounge entrance door wider. To start after bathroom completed. Future garage conversion: Jib walls, ceiling, new wiring, add bathroom (existing plumbing in place), turn garage into bedroom, lounge area. Job to be completed by December 2021.
