Rumpus conversion, carport extension, level floor, add wardrobes & ranchslider

We are looking to do some renovations in our newly purchased 1989 100 sqm home. The preliminary drawings have now been produced and I will send them to those expressing interest. In summary, we would like quotes for the following as separate jobs:- 1) Removal of log burner (to include making good the roof) 2) Replacement of existing single 1300mm doorway in the lounge with an approx 1700/1800mm ranchslider. 3) Creation of a bigger wardrobe alcove in the smallest bedroom by including the space currently used by the adjoining bedroom. We will sort the wardrobe interiors, the painting and the doors. We just need the alcove created & gib stopped. 4) Potential replacement piling to 3-5 of the under house wooden piles to re level the slightly sloping lounge/kitchen floor 5) Extension of the current firewall wall of the carport to enclose it at the rear & add a roof. This will include relocating our current front door to the rear of the garage and creating a new front door to the house. 6) Getting our current rumpus room (non consented garage conversion undertaken by previous owners in the 1990s) to a fully consented standard so we can get an official 3rd bedroom. This will include some work in the entry/laundry & the creation of 3 wardrobe alcoves (one in each of 2 bedrooms and 1 in the new hall) We envisage that 1 & 2 will probably become one job as they are in the same area of the property and that 1,2 & 3 be done in advance of 5 & 6. Ideally, we would be starting with 4. Also, ideally we would have 5 & 6 done together but they can be separated and may need to be in order to allow for budgeting and logistical constraints given we will be living here whilst the work is happening. For all areas, we will be doing the painting ourselves so all work to be completed to include gib stopping.
