House move and Renovation

House to be turned 90 degrees and moved on site, raised so basement garage under south end .Concrete slab floor with foundation to carry timber sub floor frame. the area of the floor to be supported by 5 laminated beams will be approx 9m x 7.2m the length of the beams is 7.2m. Walls to be insulated and lined. There will also be other cosmetic finishing work. The time line for this project is to be completed Christmas with a start date end of October. House mover has already been engaged.
