Small Bathroom Revamp

Would like to replace plasterboard (which currently has a textured finish), vanity, shower over bath, tapware and all other fittings with new items. As an FB employee I get a good discount from Mico so we can provide all fittings such as bath, tapware, vanity, extraction unit, towel rails as selected with consultation with tradesmen performing job. Have a friend who can perform electrical work so no need to price this. Trying to keep existing layout including re-using existing floor covering (if possible) but may need to perform structural modifications to wardrobe in adjacent room to allow for fitment of bath depending on what size is used.
