Job description

Bathroom Design
Whangarei

I currently have a toilet in a gibbed off area in a larger room, the toilet is currently housed in an area 1.3m x 80cm. I want the gib partition taken down and remodelled so the space is big enough to fit in a hand basin. This will mean creating a new stud wall measuring 155cm, space is restricted so I want to have a sliding door in this wall. This will extend the length by 75cm making it run the whole length of the room it is housed in. Currently there is a washing machine in this space so plumbing is available for siting the wash basin. The toilet will need to be moved from its current location and rotated 45degrees to the wall on the left, next to where it currently sits. I will need a new toilet, hand basin, new sliding door, partition wall and the whole new space re gibbed (1.55m wide x 1.3m deep). I will paint it and deal with the flooring. the washing machine will need to be re-sited about a meter from where it currently sits to allow space to be made for the basin and plumbing extended so it will work in its new position.
