Kensington Villa Kitchen Partition Walls

Our current kitchen has direct entry via the house back door. We wish to partition off a small area of the kitchen to create a small hallway (approximately 1620W x 3000L). The long wall would include a door and likely a small decorative stained glass window, both of which we will provide. We would want the walls framed, insulated, lined and trimmed with scotias and skirting, We will do stopping and finishing.
