Floor level, tileing, laundry renovation

We have about 26 square meters of floor (cracked fake tile on kauri floorboards for some of it and concrete foundations the rest) that we want to tile the floors of - will need floor levelling (some of it is not perfectly level) and then cement backer board and tilling onto the top of that. It is an entrance area through a kitchen and a laundry area. The laundry area needs to be redone at the same time with position of wash tub moved (plumber required). There is a shower in the same area that needs to be replaced - still deciding on if this will be a full tile shower or an acrylic. We are also still deciding on weather to install an extra toilet in this area. There is the opportunity depending on cost of this project of also tiling a bathroom floor approx 4 square meters.
