Line my shed and frame up internals

I have a steel shed which I am lining, putting in a new bathroom and two smaller rooms (office & storeroom). I have an aluminium joinery guy to do the windows and exterior cladding, (it has to be removed and building wrap installed) - but I need a builder to frame up the internal walls and ceiling. I have a building consent to start the works. I have an electrician and a plumber and drainlayer. I want to make a start asap. I'm not sure how long it will take - I guess somebody would probably have to come and have a look. I will supply all building materials so it's labour only. The shower, vanity, hot water cylinder & toilet need installing, so we can discuss that. Look forward to hearing from a keen person who might have time for a small job!! :)
