Garage/room conversion into a sleep out with bathroom

Hi there, We are looking for a LBP to help with renovating our outside room (which was a garage) into a better sleepout with bathroom. We have started the process and we are now thinking it might need structural changes which is why we are looking for an LBP. We have started the council process. We would like the job to be completed in the next 4 - 6 months if this is possible. Thank you
