Bathroom Renovation

my bathroom is 5.5 sqm approx. and we would like to remove current bath, shower (fiberglass box) which will need a mixer installed as currently has a wall set shower and the vanity replaced with new (we will purchase). We will need and extractor fan installed with a delay timer, old shaver powerpoint replaced/relocated, additional light above mirror and the flooring replaced, which is currently vinyl. We would like a seperate price to re-GIB, plaster and paint also. As this is the only bathroom in the house we would like it completed as quickly as possible once the job has been started.
