Elaine's addition

I need an additional bedroom added to the house with an en suit and walk in wardrobe. The room is about 5x5. This could change depend on cost. Work will involve moving the current toilet and changing the laundry to be more suitable. I want the laundry to be a massive cupboard. An external door way will also need changing so it is no longer an elcove. I ultimately need a quote first so I can reduce the size of it costs too much or then send them to council and then do the build.
