Removing and replacing water damanged framing and prep for shower install

Leak behind shower was found during wall paper removal. Shower is tiled and will need to be removed to get to timber framing. Baseboad will need to be replaced and mabye sister studs installed. Area will also need to be preped for an acylic shower install including installation of shower tray.
