Remove bath, old vanity and old formica wall lining. Replace wall lining with water resistant gib board, tiles (can be sheet that looks like tiles) installed above vanity. Install new shower and vanity. Remove towel rails. Bathroom completed and ready for painting and new flooring. Plumbing minimal as just swapping shower and vanity around as want vanity by window. Recently installed new extractor fan.
