Design/Build Additional Ensuite Bathroom

We have a two level home and want to install a new ensuite bathroom toilet/shower/vanity in the lower level. We also want to install a bench unit and sink as a separate fixture that would form part of the whole contract. We want a design and build contractor. The property is situated at Tanners Point and has a septic tank and town supply water. We would like the job to be completed before Christmas but recognise that there are constraints that could prevent that.
