Bedroom Renovation

Hello, We are looking for a builder/ Carpenter to renovate x2 bedrooms (one is a main priority) The floor is currently wooden floor boards but needs to be pulled up and to replaced- we’re ok with plywood or any flooring as it will be carpeted in the future. The floor has massive holes and is just rotting away. There is possibly some joist needing repair too hard to tell until the floor is pulled up X2 internal walls need to be fixed / replaced as the gib -board is really old/ damaged and has holes. Would love some insulations put into the walls. The framing is fine behind the Gib of these walls Looking to have this done asap as we desperately need this bedroom
