Bathroom renovation

Bathroom is approx 4 sq metres. It needs shower, bath and vanity and lino removing. I want it lined with seretone/wetwall linning, new shower, and vanity installed. (no bath) Plumbing position will need adjusting. Basin taps are new so can be reused. I can arrange lino laying, purchase of shower and vanity, shower head etc but will require builder to organise other materials The property in tenanted so it needs to be a start to finish job. I can organise access to the property for quoting. Thank you.
