Rejuvenate a small toilet area. Need to replace wall behind toilet (<1m2), install insulation in back wall only), prepare all 4 walls and ceiling for painting (I.e., gib stopping and sanding), install scotia and skirting, and replace/ install toilet (we will provide big materials I.e., toilet, skirting/scotia, gib aqua line, insulation). Toilet room area = 2m2.
