Replace ensuite vanity top

We are looking to replace the vanity top only in our ensuite, which was stained with hair dye. It is 750 x 460 mm with a mixer tap and no overflow drain. We think the Mondella 750 mm rococo vc vanity basin at Bunnings would be a suitable replacement. Can you please advise: *A quote, assuming we supply the vanity top *Do we need to supply other materials eg a new mixer tap? *Is this a job that requires both a plumber and a builder/installer *The Mondela basin has an overflow drain, but our current vanity basin does not. Can this be added to the plumbing as part of the installation?
