Bathroom floor replacement

We have a bathroom in an apartment building with vinyl flooring which needs to be replaced. The flooring has lifted due to water damage. The shower did not have adequate silicon protection and our tenant was not using a bathmat. We need to get the flooring sorted and are considering going with tiles or with a vinyl replacement. We are keen to get quotes for both options and to consult with professionals before making our decision. The rest of the apartment has vinyl flooring which matches the existing bathroom floor but we thought that tiles may be preferable for the bathroom. We want to know the possibilities for using tiles and a price comparison between the two different options.
