Rebuild room, hall and entranceway + chimney removal
Job description
We need to remove a brick chimney and then rebuild the wall and an adjoining bedroom and house entranceway. The entranceway and bedroom are converted from an old sunroom. We want to rebuild in the current footprint and framing and make it a proper room. At the same time, we want to remove a large brick chimney from the area and rebuild that wall. We're open to the idea of just demolishing that whole corner of the house and rebuilding it, depending on budget. Depending how much that job costs, there is a lot more work we are interested in doing in the house, including renovating the kitchen on the other side of the chimney, insulating the other bedrooms, and potentially adding french doors and a porch to the living room.

Lewi was awesome to work with. He was adaptable and constructive as the scope of our project shifted, always being open to ideas and offering lots of welcome advice as well as checking details and decisions with us along the way. Costs and impacts on timing were well communicated, and despite the significant extra work needed, he and Cal remained committed to the job and were always nice to have around. Our three year old is still wondering if they’ll come back.
