Ensuite and bathroom repairs

Re-seat ensuite basin waste so it doesn’t leak, fit and seal ensuite basin/vanity unit into its recess properly, fix/replace the innards of the ensuite cistern so it doesn’t scream for ages after flushing, rehang ensuite shower door to open from the opposite side. Fit new towel rail in ensuite (provided), replace all light fittings (ensuite and bathroom), update fan heater for radiant heater x2 (ensuite and bathroom) Repair holes e.g. from old light & fan fittings and a corner gap in the ensuite ceiling trim, paint ceilings and walls Keen to get this underway as 2/3 of ensuite out of use atm, available to start any time…
