Replace shower and toilet in ensuite

Remove existing corner shower cabinet. Cut out seratone wall covering and replace waterproof plasterboard behind where the cabinet was. Repair framing behind if necessary. Strip existing linoleum from plywood floor and prepare for new vinyl. Install new 1m x 1m curved sliding door shower cabinet. Extend acrylic liner to the ceiling. Tidy up edges between remaining wall linings and new shower lining. Replace existing toilet and in-wall cistern, leaving a removable panel where you will need to access the in-wall pipes. Install one new power point. Touch up any damaged paintwork. Coordinate with vinyl layer. We already have a plumber lined up. This project is for the building work please, and coordinating with our plumber. We hope to leave the existing vanity and other walls undisturbed.
