Garage conversion #4

We have building consent to join our internal garage to our living room to create a dining room with joining laundry/WC and a new main entry lobby to the house. The work will involve removing an existing laundry room/WC, and the electrics, plastering and plumbing for the new spaces, along with creating a new external wall where the garage door used to be, with window and front door. A structural beam will need to be added in place of the old laundry room wall that currently separates the garage from the living room. An existing window and door will need to be filled with timber weatherboards to match the existing over building wrap
