Replace wall and bathroom floor

We recently had a leak which we have now fixed. However one wall floor of bathroom was damaged and needs replacing. Potentially just the jib as we have ripped this out and the foundations seem to have dried. Of least priority we would also like to look at; -making our stairs meet the new building standards. - and get advice around walk in wardrobe renovating

Super communication and kindness. we ended up removing old jib and ins foam, and install new foam ourselves. (Allan bought and brought us the tools) So the final job was installing new jib only (not plastering) and $828 inc gst for 8.5sqM surface felt on the pricey side (after asking external opinion). Job was done promptly and neatly
