Kitchen reno building works / project manage
Job description
We're planning a new kitchen and have a design / joiner / appliances 'sorted'. We are looking for a builder and potentially project manager for: - Removal (fill in) of a window including exterior weatherboards - Full regibbing/plastering walls and maybe redo ceiling - Removal of the old kitchen. Install will likely be done by the joiner Other works that needs to be doing as well are: - Sand/Repolishing of the wooden floor - Painting (we may do ourselves) - Electrical work (lighting and power etc) - we have electrician we've used before - Kitchen plumbing works Currently the joinery would be ready end of March, appliances TBC. Design is predominantly plywood, with stainless steel bench top. We would potentially consider getting all the building works done in advance (with existing kitchen temporarily moved) if required for timing purposes.

Great job, initial demo and relining went well. This job included building work and tradies, but not joinery/apliances. Some delays from the joiner / bench meant the overall project took longer than expected, but Arnie handled that well, rescheduling tradies as needed.
