3.6m2 Bathroom Renovation

We're looking at redoing our small bathroom (1.6 x 2.1 according to original plans). It currently has a bath, separate shower and small sink, but our rough idea is to remove the shower, add a shower over a new bath, and a larger vanity etc. At the same time we want to switch to a smaller window (or maybe move it??) to avoid shower water, tile some surfaces, and switch to a pocket door. All linings including the ceiling will probably need replacing. Finally we want to replace the (separate) toilet and retile/surface the floor in there too, and remove a strange sink in the hallway.
