Looking for property renovator for rental property

I have a property with existing separated shower & bath room. The shower room is also used for laundry. I am looking for tradies with the the skill can do the following. 1. Turn the existing bathroom to shower room. Decorating the new shower room with minimal standard. also install a new vanity. 2. Turn the existing shower room to laundry only. Decorating the new shower room with minimal standard. 3. Replace kitchen, hallway, new shower room & laundry with either vinyl or tiles.
