Kitchen renovation & Deck Build seeking a LBP

***Apologies - a few extra tasks were left off the list!*** Come and enjoy the beautiful views of the Wellington Harbour while swinging your trusty hammer.... We have consent and windows measured and ordered & looking for an awesome LBP as our builder has fallen through. 1. We need to remove a wall and install LVL beam. Aiming to have this wall clear of Gib and ready to go for builder. 2. A window changed to a door (no change in width & flush flooring). We'll do the scribers & finishing. 3. Existing window removed & weatherboarded over. 4. Window extension (width). 5. Back door replacement (flush flooring). 6. Wrap around deck (east & south side), this would give access to do the windows/doors without the need for scaffolding. We can do all the hole digging if that helps you just have to mark out the spots & we can assist with the decking. No fiddly gibbing. architraves or coving required. What do you reckon?? Jessica
