Renovation for additional Room and Living Area

We are converting our deck into an additional room and living area. We are also removing some interior walls and changing the interior layout of the house. The entry in the lower level will also be changed to accommodate a new stairwell. We have plans available with council approval. Construction is planned to start on September this year. We are looking for a general contractor a good track record and can provide liability insurance for the work be undertaken.
