Renovations house

We bought a house in Kingston needs some renovation work done before we move in to. We are looking for some one who could do the job in a cheap rate and good quality. If we get it in a reasonable rate we are ready to hand over the job to one person rather than too many people involved. So we are looking at kitchen renovation, bath and shower, painting, flooring .
