Bathroom floor repairs

The second storey bath in our small townhouse has been leaking water onto the flooring located to the right of the bath. This has damaged a small area of the bathroom floor and the ceiling in the same spot on the room below. We are interested in the following repairs - Fixing the bathroom floor and any damage to surrounding wood - Addressing the ceiling hole/damage in the room below - Fitting a new shower over bath combo to remedy the cause of the damage
