Job description
The shower box lining has come away from the wall, it was never sealed at the base of the lining. Water has seeped in and most likely has damaged the wall behind it.

DISSAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED!! It seems that the area was not prepared to be "plumb" ready for the new shower. The tray & walls were not level. Manufacturers instructions weren't followed. The work began, then we were told that the quote we accepted was incorrect, the figures had been transposed, so we accepted the next quote. The finish was extremely poor! We've engaged another builder to remove DTS's work & install a shower unit requiring us to purchase replacement wall liners and gib board.

"Thank you for your review. As discussed, I was very open and communicated along the way. The mixer was raised as an issue by my plumber which is the same mixer you advised me was ok to use. I had suggested that since there was nothing wrong with it we should use it.This is an unfortunate circumstance where the mixer is the last thing to go on therefore to fix it will require redoing the job which I was happy to do. I'm sorry you felt dissatisfied as I aim to please every single client of mine."
