4 squared meters bathroom renovation. We have 1 bathtub + 1 shower + 1 vanity in our 4 squared meter bathroom. We plan to renovate that to be 1 new shower + 1 new vanity + 1 new toilet (by removing the bathtub). We were wondering do we need building consent for this job or not in the case we are going to replace the bathtub to be a new toilet in existed bathroom.
