We are looking for a builder to help out with removing a load bearing wall and installing a beam. We have been given building consent and we have plans drawn up by a structural engineer. I have removed the old kitchen and removed all internal cladding. Our new kitchen is at the moment scheduled to be installed around the second week of May so i need this work complete by then. The beam and other materials have been ordered and should be delivered this week. I am a mechanical engineer and happy to help and don't mind if the work is done over the weekends and happy to be a labourer. If this is something that you are interested in please get in touch.
