Bathroom Reno

The bathroom is out dated and has double Lino floor !?!? We want to turn the bath (get a new one also) so we can remove some of the wall to open up the space. It’s a shared space with the laundry as well but has had some past alterations that haven’t allowed for good light or flow. Also new floor, walls, paint the ceiling and we also want to construct new cupboards and shelving in the bathroom to give us more storage. In addition we also want to do some minor work outside. Outside we want to construct an awning with a clear or frosted covering to allow light in but protect from the elements. We have allocated $10-15k for the project. We are happy to do any painting etc and any other jobs that you need us to.
