We have a 70 sq m apartment beneath our house in Kelburn, Wellington. The kitchen and bathhroom are build into an area of about 20 sq m and we want to modernise and redesign this space. We may need a new hot water cylinder and new under the counter washing machine installed. We will need the ceiling removed and then insulated. All the plumbing is in place.
