Hello, we currently have a separate toilet and bathroom we'd like to join. Pretty certain the wall in-between isn't load bearing. Total size of both rooms is approx 5m2. Looking to replace all plasterboard, flooring, new vanity to adjacent wall and swivel toilet (new) to adjacent wall. Inset bath also to be replaced with all new fixings. We have a budget of $10k
