Kitchen install and recommendation of architectural designer

We are looking to purchase this property and would like to change the design of the current kitchen and remove the back of the property. We want to remove the kitchen from the current location (don't like the slopped roof). Would require a builder with a good recommendation of an architectural designer to work with. The tender for the property closes on Thursday 14th so would be good to have a time booked in to view the property with the builder and or architectural designer by Wednesday 13th. We would like an idea of costs and times to complete the work. Would like the work to commence by end of January 2018 if successful on Thursday.
