New entrance way

I have a two bedroom unit. I would like a entrance way built with internal access door to my existing garage with alterations made where bathroom is to make a seperate bathroom plus an ensuite. This is where the entrance is going to come through. Double doors in my hall way where a single entrance way is plus alterations in my sunroom. That's stage one, in addition dependant on price a new kitchen remodel.
